SCOPE OF THE POLICY
This Policy is drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
By accessing and using our website, social networks, communicating with us by phone or email, or booking our services (directly or through third parties such as agencies or platforms), you accept this Policy, our Legal Conditions and Cookies Policy. Before providing us with personal data, we will inform you of this Policy and any relevant data protection information.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
- Identification and contact information
In order to manage reservations (our own or on behalf of third parties, including dependent minors), we may request: name and surname, gender, date of birth, identity document and contact details (telephone and email). If you contact us by telephone, we may process your voice (e.g. recording of customer service calls).
We also process payment data necessary to formalize the reservation: bank card (number, holder, expiration date and, when applicable, CVV/CVC). - Data required by the Spanish Authorities (registration of travelers)
In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, ALAMAR CASA BOUTIQUE must register and, where appropriate, communicate to the platform of the Ministry of the Interior (SES.HOSPEDAJES) certain data of the travelers: basic personal data (name, surname, sex, date of birth, nationality, type and number of document, date of issue), contact details (address, telephone and email), details of the stay (dates and times of arrival/departure, number of rooms, accommodation contract) and payment details (means used, holder and expiration date; where applicable, IBAN). Also, when applicable, relationship between travelers if there are minors and details of transactions during the stay. These records must be kept for three (3) years. - Sensitive Data
To meet special needs (e.g. accessibility, allergies, food preferences), we may process data considered special by the GDPR (health, beliefs, etc.). We will only process them if you provide them to us with your consent when requesting the service. If you do not provide it, we may not be able to meet those needs. - Newsletter data
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will process the form data (name and email) and, optionally, language/market. - Navigation data
When you visit our website, we may collect technical information (IP, browser, operating system, site usage) using cookies or similar technologies. Geolocation or other data is only used with your consent. - Communications with ALAMAR CASA BOUTIQUE
Data provided via forms, email, telephone or social media will be retained for as long as we handle your request and for up to 2 years (depending on the channel). We may record customer service calls. We will retain communications necessary to notify and manage your reservation.

- Management of individual and group reservations.
- Provision of services during the stay (activities, special requests, incidents).
- Management of inquiries, complaints and communications with customers.
- Loyalty programs and sending of commercial communications (if applicable).
- Newsletter and marketing actions consented.
- Price matching if requested (best price guarantee), when applicable.
- Analytics and experience improvement (cookies and similar technologies).
- Communication of necessary data to suppliers/collaborators for the correct provision of the service.
- Management of emergency situations or force majeure.
- Web, social media and blog administration.
- Fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.
- Quality control through satisfaction surveys.
BASES OF LEGITIMACY
- Execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures: managing reservations, operational communications (confirmations, changes, check-in), customer service, ancillary services.
- Legal obligation: communication of data to competent authorities (e.g. registration of travelers), compliance with data protection rights, cooperation in legal proceedings, emergencies.
- Legitimate interest: fraud prevention; improvement and personalization of the service; analytical and market research; sending communications about services similar to those contracted (you can object at any time).
- Consent: newsletter and marketing; processing of special data (health, beliefs, biometric if any); non-technical cookies; interaction in social networks.
STORAGE PERIODS
We will retain your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. After termination, we will keep them blocked during the legal limitation periods to address possible liabilities; subsequently, we will delete them or, where appropriate, anonymize them for statistical purposes. Data processed by consent will be retained until revoked or objected to. Records required by RD 933/2021 will be retained for three (3) years.
TARGET
- Competent Public Bodies, Security Forces and Corps, Judges and Courts, when there is a legal obligation.
- Payment service providers connected to the web/TPV to collect additional services and charges.
- Platforms and third parties through which you have consulted or obtained the offer (e.g. metasearch engines, agencies), limiting the information to that which is strictly necessary (e.g. traceability of commissions).
- Data processors/sub-processors who provide services to ALAMAR CASA BOUTIQUE (technology, analytics, communications, logistics, consulting, security, call center, etc.), under contracts with appropriate safeguards.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We do not carry out international data transfers on a regular basis. If they become necessary in the future, they will be made on the basis of adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). In the absence of assurances, we will request your explicit consent or protect it in the execution of the contract, as appropriate.
DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation and portability, as well as not to be subject to automated decisions, by contacting: alamarcasaboutique@hotmail.com.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data (e.g. encryption, access control, backups, regular evaluation of measures and risks). Personnel with access to data only process them on instructions from ALAMAR CASA BOUTIQUE.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal data will be treated with strict confidentiality and duty of secrecy, adopting measures to avoid its alteration, loss or unauthorized access.
